Vinny Fleming
Began his firefighting career in Manhattan, New York, in 1981. He served with pride and courage until he was injured while fighting a fire — a moment that ended his time on the front lines but sparked a new mission. During recovery, Vinny discovered a passion for embroidery, starting with firemen’s jackets. That spark quickly grew into a business dedicated to craftsmanship, tradition, and the fire service community.
Carol Ann Fleming
Served in the U.S. Air Force during Desert Storm , stationed with a MASH unit in Bahrain. Her experience serving in high-pressure environments shaped her perspective and passion for supporting fellow service members. She proudly calls 5 Alarm Embroidery *“The Heartbeat of America”* — a reflection of the everyday heroes the company is proud to honor.
